Community Guidelines

Arkwork exists for one reason: to help people celebrate someone who made a difference in their life or work. These guidelines describe what that looks like in practice, and what doesn't belong here. They apply to everything you submit, and especially to anything you choose to share publicly via “Celebrate Publicly.”

What Arkwork is for

• Celebration — marking a moment, a milestone, or a job well done.
• Appreciation — genuine thanks for something someone did or the kind of person they are.
• Encouragement — lifting someone up, especially during a hard stretch.
• Congratulations — recognizing an achievement, big or small.
• Positive humour — warm, affectionate, in-good-fun observations that celebrate rather than embarrass.

What's not allowed

Content submitted to or shared through Arkwork must never include:

• Nudity or pornography
• Violence, or the threat or glorification of violence
• Harassment or bullying, of the recipient or anyone else
• Hate speech or discrimination on the basis of any protected characteristic
• Profanity or gratuitously crude language
• Political attacks or partisan campaigning
• Defamatory content — false statements presented as fact about a real person
• Impersonation of someone you are not, or of a real organization
• Anything illegal in the place you or the recipient live

Your responsibility when sharing publicly

You're responsible for only uploading content you have the right to share — including any photo and anything you write about the recipient. Your submission must comply with these Community Guidelines, whether it stays private or you choose to share it publicly.

If a publicly shared card is reported and found to violate these guidelines, Arkwork may remove it.

How We Keep Arkwork Safe

Arkwork uses automated moderation to help detect and reject inappropriate content before AI generation. We continuously improve our safety measures to create a respectful and encouraging experience for everyone.

While we employ industry-standard safeguards, no automated moderation system is perfect. If you encounter content that you believe violates our Community Guidelines, please report it so we can review it promptly.
